Just completed a concert with Canadian Cellist Denise Djokic.  One reviewer stated, "(she) thrilled the audience with her formidable technical prowess, as well as her faultless intonation and strong tone, in her performance of the Cello Concerto No. 1 by Camille Saint-Saens."
The program was well received by the audience and was followed by a reception in the new lobby of the Sagebrush Theatre.
The reviewer also stated that, "After music that spoke of Kodaly's Hungary (Summer Evening) and Dvorak's Slovakia (Silent Woods), we were treated to Aaron Copland's America with a fine performance of Appalachian Spring."
Next week the chamber orchestra will present "Classical Colleagues" with works by Mozart, Stamitz, Haydn, and Pichl.

Design has been implemented and finalized on the new orchestralconductor.ca, and transfer is compete from the previous website. More news to come shortly.
